Purpose of Personal Data Protection Policy and Clarification Text
With this Personal Data Protection Policy and Clarification Text (hereinafter referred to as the "Clarification Text"), as Tensaform, in the capacity of data controller pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK”), within the framework of Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Information Obligation of the Data Controller"; We aim to inform you about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for the collection of your personal data, and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, and to obtain your consent on the following matters.
Tensaform, as a data controller pursuant to KVKK, will record, store, update, process your personal data in accordance with the law and disclose and transfer it to third parties when permitted by the legislation. Our explanations regarding the processes we will carry out about personal data management are presented in this text.

What is Personal Data?
In accordance with Article 3 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data
As Data Controller, we may collect your personal data depending on the service, product or commercial activity provided by us, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation and for our customers to benefit from our services. We may collect your personal data verbally, in writing or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, dealers, solution partners, group companies, call center, website, social media channels and similar ways. In Which Ways Do We Collect Personal Data?
Your personal data is collected in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, in line with the above-mentioned purposes, in order that the products and services offered by us can be offered within the determined legal framework. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?
As Tensaform, your personal data in question is only; Carrying out our activities, providing you with products, services, opportunities and facilities, provided that adequate measures are taken within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the KVKK, based on your express consent or in other cases stipulated in KVKK article 5/f.2, especially the legislation we are subject to, and in order to increase the service quality; Our group companies, direct/indirect - domestic/foreign affiliates, contracted institutions due to our activities, suppliers, contracted vendors and services, our business partners, audit companies or public institutions or organizations that are authorized to request this data as required by a legal obligation, including but not limited to We can share it with other relevant authorities.
What Are Your Rights Under the Protection of Personal Data?
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us through the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, we finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the determined tariff is covered by you.
In this context, as personal data owners;
a) Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
b) If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
e) Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
g) In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and
i) You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
The requests you make in this context must be in writing within the scope of the KVKK.
