After the steel manufacturing projects are drawn according to the project specifications and static calculations, the production process starts following the owner's approval.
 | CERTIFIED MATERIAL PURCHASING Steel, bolt, aluminum profile, steel rope materials determined in project standards are purchased based on their certificates. |
 | STEEL MANUFACTURING The manufacturing is carried out under the control of our engineer/technicians according to the measures and details specified in the project. The parts welded to one another are cleaned and made ready for dyeing or galvanizing process. |
 | GALVANIZING AND DYEING PROCESSES The steel profiles and plates cleaned pass through the galvanizing or dyeing process. During the galvanizing process, the steel is coated internally and externally with a zinc coating against corrosion inside the galvanizing pools. The dyeing process is carried out on steel surfaces based on the ral code specified, prior to which a lining process must be performed. The galvanizing process is not resistant against corrosion; it provides superficial protection. The packaging and shipment must be carried out more carefully as the dyed surfaces will be damaged very quickly during shipment and assembly. |
 | SHIPMENT The galvanized and dyed steel materials are stacked or packaged to prevent any damage during transportation. |
